Every once in awhile, I find a really fun estate sale. Yesterday was one of those days. There were out buildings and a basement and yard. I was out with the Pickers, picking through piles of stuff looking for the finds. Additionally, things were cheap, cheap, cheap! Yeah! The sellers just wanted it gone because the house had been sold. The cement birdbath was $2, the green metal desk was $2 and on it went like this. In the post below this one, there are more pictures. One is a closeup of the little birds that go all around the outside of the birdbath. The metal pan and frame w/ casters is a favorite of mine. Not yet sure how I will use it. I also have metal baskets that would fit in the frame instead of the pan. The chair has working casters and the back pad tilts. The buckets are cute and will probably hold plants next spring. I also got 2 racks that will be useful. And, there is a red iron table frame. I'll find a top for it. It's cold out today, but I had fun rinsing things out and playing with them.
